About the Role
- Conduct thorough assessments of plants, trees, and shrubs to identify diseases, pests, and overall health.
- Develop and implement customized plant healthcare treatment plans to address identified issues.
- Administer treatments for diseases, pests, and other plant health concerns using environmentally friendly practices.
- Perform soil analysis to determine nutrient levels and recommend appropriate soil amendments.
- Educate clients on plant healthcare practices, preventive measures, and ongoing care.
- Maintain detailed records of plant health assessments, treatments, and recommendations.
Your Experience & Skills
- Certified Plant Healthcare Technician or similar certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plant diseases, pests, and healthcare practices.
- Excellent communication skills to convey plant health information and recommendations to clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and address plant health issues.
- Commitment to eco-friendly and sustainable plant healthcare practices.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport with clients.
