About the Role

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, organizing, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of important documents, contracts, and employee information.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate contacts.
  • Support the HR department with tasks such as onboarding paperwork and maintaining employee records.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software.
  • Customer-centric approach with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to problem-solve and efficiently address administrative challenges.
